What an honor

I am heading home from Rochester, NY. I had the incredible opportunity to attend the annual CSS Symposium. The symposium is an annual meeting. 25 supervisors are chosen to attend out of the 750 supervisors that are at Paychex. It was a week full of excitement, reward, and a little bit of nerves. We had the opportunity to present new ideas for our company to a panel of 6 vice presidents. I was a presenter, and that is what brought on the nerves. It was a great opportunity to voice concerns and solutions to them. We were also rewarded with great food, surprises, a letter from my manager and training on management. All in all it was a great week. Missed my family tremendously, but I have such a great family, they managed just fine without me.
